Sometimes we identify with one or two characters in the story. We identify with them or feel sympathy for them. The character in Twisted I identify with is Bethany. She has an older brother named Chip , he looks out for her and doesn't want her to hang out with people who are bad influences on her. One of these bad influences is Tyler. Chip thinks because of Tyler's little mishap at the end of the school year he will get Bethany in trouble.
I believe I identify/relate to Bethany because my older brothers do the same for me, they just want the best for us. I think all older siblings do that. Now I see that I am doing the same with my little sister so we some how all identify with a character in a story some way or another.
