I didn't have to force myself to read the book for
once it actually pulled me. I couldn't stop reading it
I just wanted to find out what was going
to happen next. Sadie the main character
just finally got a new boyfriend
they were inseparable she was finally happy again.
But then people started talking about
her boyfriend say terrible things that she couldnt believe,
about him hurting innocent things.
The next day they found out that one of their friends have
been found dead, she just couldnt get
past about what happened.
If you were sadie would you have any thoughts
about your boyfriend having to
with the murder?

Do the characters seem real and believable? The character Sadie seems real and believable to me. She has the same problems as a lot of teenage kids. In the story her dad is getting remarried to a woman she doesn't like and they are drifting apart. Along with her new stepmother comes a bratty stepsister who tries to make Sadie's life miserable. Her stepsister Eleanor blames Sadie's mothers death on her and tries to make her leave her boyfriend . Eleanor is trying to take Sadie's place with her dad. Alot of teenagers that are going through the same thing as Sadie deal with it in the same way their mad, scared, hurt about the situation, confused. Shes mad that her stepsister wont leave her alone and making false judgements about her, shes scared because she doesn't know whats going to happen next, and shes hurt that her father moved on and is remarried, and shes confused whether it is her fault or not. What would you do if you were in the same situation as Sadie?
